CoRe-Net / ZVFK Workshop ‘From the idea to the application’ – Research funding within the Innovation Fund

The next call for proposals of the Innovation Fund of the Federal Joint Committee was published in October.
With the SHI Care Strengthening Act, the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) was given the task of promoting new forms of care that go beyond the previous standard care and health care research projects that are aimed at gaining knowledge to improve the existing care in the statutory health insurance system. The overriding aim of the Innovation Fund is to further develop the quality of care in the statutory health insurance system in Germany.


 

 

On 9th November 2018 , CoRe-Net and the ZVFK (Center for Health Services Research Cologne) jointly organised the workshop ‘From the idea to the application’ – Research funding within the framework of the Innovation Fund. . The aim of this event was to draw the participants’ attention to the special features of research funding applications in health care research and to jointly develop best practice models for successful application.
